Design Freebie: Super swish log-in form

Log-in forms are one of the few conventions in web design that have remained relatively little changed over the last few years, and there's good reason for it. Often over-looked as a last-minute addition to a website, the log-in form has potential to be really pretty. With new updates in CSS and HTML, so much more is possible, without the need for bloated graphics. We have created a pretty and simple log-in form for you to download and use for whatever purposes you need. Included is a PSD with layers you can change to your heart's content.
